BRET MICHAELS Interviewed On 'On Air With Ryan Seacrest'; Audio Available

March 30, 2011

POISON singer Bret Michaels was interviewed on this past Tuesday's (March 29) edition of "On Air With Ryan Seacrest", the American syndicated radio program hosted by Ryan Seacrest.

When asked about reports that he engaged in a romantic relationship with Miley Cyrus' mom Tish, Bret said, "I laughed about this before. If there were some truth to it, it'd be much more scary."

The reports or a Bret-Tish affair first started to surface in November of 2010 following Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus announcing their divorce after 17 years of marriage. Bret had become close to the family at the beginning of 2010 when he recorded a duet with Miley and the family had attended a number of his shows.

"First it started out with me and Miley and we ended that right away," Bret said. "We sang a song together and that's it."

Bret also talked about Miley's cover version of POISON's classic song "Every Rose Has Its Thorn" which features a guest appearance by Michaels.

"When they had asked about doing it, it was great," Bret said. "It's her sort of version of how they wanted to produce the song and I think they did a really good job of it."
